Standard Shipping Charges
Our Shipping Charges are highly competitive. Please select from the menu in the checkout the shipping option you require, overseas means outside the UK and N. Ireland. Shipping is combined for smaller items. If you cannot find the option then please complete checkout and email us with your query, we will then either send an amended invoice for the difference or refund you for any overpayment within 48 hours.
All items are shipped standard UK first class for small packet, standard parcelforce 48 hours for larger items, all orders should be processed within 48 hours with instock items being posted usually before this. Any item that is out of stock will be posted within 5 days and an email confirming this will be sent to the buyers email address. In the unlikely event that the item will be longer then we will offer the buyer a replacement or refund via email immediately.
Airmail for overseas deliveries. Times for delivery may vary depending on your country's courier.
All customers will be notified once an order is shipped via email.
All items are fully guaranteed in the post, if your item hasnt arrived in the first instance please contact us via email, we ask that you firstly contact your sorting office to ensure it isnt waiting collection. If after 14 days for UK deliveries and 28 days for overseas, it still hasnt arrived please contact us and we will send a replacement out.
We try to provide a reasonable shipping service and will endeavour to combine further items where possible, for large orders please email us first and we will try and reduce the shipping further for you.
Full guarantee given on all solid objects, if you are not happy firstly contact us via email to obtain a returns number, once the item is recieved we will refund via your method of payment, ie paypal, cheque etc. If the item is faulty or incorrectly described then we will refund all reasonable return postage costs.
An item can be sent back for exchange if an order was incorrectly placed return postage costs to be met in this instance by the buyer.

We endeavour to ensure that all of our customers are happy whether it be with readings or items, if you have any questions whatsover please contact us on the above address.
Finally I can only pass on from spirit what they tell me or want you to know, if you need to hear something specifically and dont then please do not be disappointed, spirit work in strange ways, and I have never had a reading that didnt make sense to a customer even if it took a little time to confirm. However if you are unhappy with your reading in any way then please contact me to allow me to try and rectify the matter either with a further reading if necessary or a refund.
